Annual General Meetings
The Annual General Meeting is held every March at the regular monthly meeting and this year it will be held on Thursday 13th March 2025 commencing at 10:30am.
The agenda is:
Written nominations for the committee will be proposed and seconded on the Nomination Form which must be delivered to the Chairman or Secretary well in advance of the meeting.
In accordance with the Constitution a member elected as an Officer can hold office for a maximum period of 3 years.
